Fitness classes are back this fall! Trainer Stephan Alheim and his TA4 fitness instructors will be leading fitness classes from Tuesday, September 19 – Saturday, October 28. Fitness classes will be held every Tuesday at 5 PM and every Saturday at 11:30 AM. Yoga classes will be on Wednesdays at 5 PM. All classes will be held at Smith Park and are designed to fit people of any fitness level. In the case of inclement weather, classes will be held in the Lyons Village Hall Community Room. Classes are free for all participants. We hope to see you out there this fall!
